Dhading, Nov 26: The Right to Food District Network has organised a training on Rights-oriented Investigative News Writing Skills Development at Dhadingbesi in the district from today.
Acting Chief District Officer, Liladhar Adhikari, inaugurated the training organised with the support of Food First Information and Action Network (FIAN Nepal). A total of 35 journalists from Dhading and Makawanpur have been participating in the training.
Former President of the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Shiva Gaunle, is the chief trainer of the training. On the occasion, Adhikari expressed the view that such training would help bring the problems of the people and families deprived of food rights into light.
Similarly, Gaunle said that the training would help develop the capacity of journalists as investigative news is more essential.
